Fetch and Flex – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To keep things fair for all our clients (and our dogs!), please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies below.
Private Lessons
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice — or no-shows — will be charged the full lesson amount.
Timely notice allows us to offer your spot to another client on our waitlist.
Workshops
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the workshop date.
If we are able to fill your spot, you will receive a full refund.
If we cannot fill your spot, your payment will be forfeited.
Because workshops require planning, staffing, and limited enrollment, this policy helps ensure fairness and consistency for everyone.
Group Classes
Group classes are prepaid and non-refundable.
If you miss a class, it cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Classes will continue as scheduled even if you are unable to attend.
Please plan ahead to make the most of your training experience.
Inclement Weather
For the safety of our clients, dogs, and staff, Fetch and Flex may cancel or reschedule classes in the event of inclement weather (such as storms, lightning, or unsafe conditions).
Updates will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages — please check these platforms before traveling to class if weather conditions are questionable.
If a class is canceled due to weather, we will provide instructions about rescheduling or makeup options.
