Happy Ratters - Drop Ins
This is a fun, fast-growing dog sport that taps into your dog’s natural hunting instincts in a safe and controlled environment. Dogs search for live rats that are securely housed in aerated tubes, using their nose, problem-solving skills, and teamwork with their handler.
All classes are held indoors in an air-conditioned space, so you and your dog can train comfortably year-round.
In this class, dogs learn to locate hidden rats, navigate simple obstacles, and build confidence working both independently and with guidance. Teams earn points for finding rats, completing obstacles like tunnels (burrows) and bridges, and demonstrating effective teamwork.
One of the things that makes Happy Ratters especially engaging is the variety of games available. We’ll incorporate different game-style searches and challenges to keep training fresh, fun, and mentally stimulating for both dogs and handlers.
Suitable for all rat hunting skill levels including beginners. Have a dog or people reactive dog? Contact us about a private lesson.
